CPD courses delegate terms and conditions
This page (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you ("you" means the individual reading these terms and conditions) the terms and conditions on which we (“we”, “us”, “our” and “IOSH” means IOSH Services Limited (“ISL”) offer Courses for Continuing Professional Development (“CPD Courses”) and is to be read in conjunction with our Products and Services General Terms and Conditions and Website Use (“General Terms”). If there is an inconsistency between any of the provisions of this agreement and the General Terms, the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a CPD Course. You should understand that by purchasing a CPD Course, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Whilst we will make every effort to keep changes to a minimum, we may make amendments to the terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes to technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our systems capabilities. By continuing to use the Website (www.iosh.com) and any other IOSH websites and platforms/channels, you agree to accept any changes made to the terms and conditions.
You should keep a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

1. Course booking, delivery and cancellation
1.1. Booking forms for CPD Courses are completed via the IOSH website. The ISL bookings team will contact you within 2 workings days of booking form receipt, to arrange payment. If you need to contact the bookings team, please email bookings@iosh.com.
1.2. CPD Courses may be delivered face to face in a classroom or as an online course. The format for delivery is confirmed on the booking page for each course.
1.3. If you have any requirement for reasonable adjustments, please advise the ISL bookings team at the point of booking and they will ensure these are actioned for you.
1.4. Invitations for online courses will be sent directly to you from the Training Provider delivering it prior to the course date. For face-to-face bookings, the Training Provider will provide venue information to you upon confirmation of the course booking.
1.5. If joining instructions for your CPD Course have not been received 4 working days ahead of the commencement date, then you must contact the Customer Support Centre. For payments made after this point, joining instructions will be sent as soon as possible from payment receipt.
1.6. All certification for CPD Courses is in digital format only. Certificates will be sent to you by email once the course is complete and any post course work has been submitted and approved.
1.7. If a course is cancelled by the Training Provider, the ISL bookings team will contact you by phone and/or email with reasonable notice where possible to offer an alternative date. If a suitable alternative cannot be found, a full refund will be offered.
1.8. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund or amend it to an alternative date up to 14 working days ahead of the CPD Course commencement date. Any cancellations requested within 14 consecutive days prior to the course commencement date will be non-refundable and alternative dates will not be offered.
2. Payment
2.1. Allocation of a place on a CPD Course is only guaranteed once payment has been received in full, or in the case of CPD courses paid by an employer, on receipt of a valid purchase order. Confirmation of both the payment and place will be issued by the ISL booking team once the payment has cleared or the valid purchase order is received. If the full payment or valid purchase order is not received within 28 days of the booking request, the booking will automatically be cancelled, and the place will be released.
2.2. All course rates are payable in pounds sterling (GBP) are inclusive of Value Added Tax (“VAT”). VAT for CPD Courses is payable whether you are based in or outside of the UK.
2.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment had been received and verified by the ISL booking team and that you have received confirmation of your booking.

3. Wi-fi/training virtual platform access
For courses delivered virtually, it is your responsibility to have both access to adequate wi-fi, and to ensure you can log-on to the Training Provider virtual delivery platform prior to the CPD Course commencement date.
