Qualifications
Develop your health and safety skills and knowledge with the right qualification
IOSH is recognised by the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (Ofqual) as an awarding organisation (AO) for occupational safety and health (OSH) qualifications. The AO is a part of the IOSH charity but is managed and administered by a separate team to further IOSH's charitable objects. We offer two Ofqual-regulated qualifications of our own and also accredit qualifications delivered by higher education institutions around the world. These provide a route into IOSH membership.
The IOSH Level 6 Diploma is designed for a new generation of occupational safety and health professionals. You’ll gain the skills needed to make an impact at all levels of your organisation, wherever it operates around the world.
Our certificate in Occupational Safety and Health Principles and Practice provides an excellent foundation early in your career.
Educational institutions around the world deliver these programmes and qualifications. Because they are IOSH-approved, you can be sure of their industry relevance.
Is an apprenticeship right for you?
We've worked with our partners in industry to develop a safety, health and environment technician apprenticeship. It’s a level 3 qualification and a great way to start your OSH career.
