Application for delivering IOSH courses

Before you start

To apply to become an IOSH training course provider, please complete this questionnaire as the first step in the process.

This is not the application form itself. The information you provide will help us assess your organisation’s suitability. It will also inform the next stage, which involves completing the full application form and submitting the required supporting evidence.

You will need to provide details about your training organisation. This includes relevant policies and procedures, your main contact and the experience of each trainer.

The questionnaire should take around 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
