IOSH's networks are vital to achieving the vision of a safe and healthy world of work. We're working on a new vision to help our networks innovate – and need the voices of members to take the next step.
Future vision
This new vision prepares our networks for a more agile, sustainable future. It will address the need for us to operate in an increasingly changing and uncertain world and meet changing member needs.
Networks are, and will continue to remain, of paramount importance to member engagement – and be the primary way members influence the Institution.
The next step
We’re now at a pivotal point of implementing the vision to create a more inclusive and accessible process for all members to volunteer with IOSH.
Your part
We’re engaging and consulting with stakeholders on what the regulation will contain – and members will be a key part of this.
We want to hear from you whether you have current or previous experience of being on a committee or not.
Focus groups will explore how the regulation can:
- ensure an open application process
- give clear role responsibilities, and
- give greater equity of access to volunteering roles.
You must be available to take part virtually between 29 April and 10 May.
Use our online form to apply to join a focus group on the future of our networks. Email us if you’ve got any questions or want to find out more.
