Fellowship route application

Before you start

Chartered Fellow is IOSH's highest level of membership. To be eligible for our Fellowship route, you must meet the criteria listed in this form. Once you have been accepted on the route, the Professional Development Assessment team will advise you how to submit your application and evidence in the form of an online portfolio through Blueprint. Your application will be assessed by a qualified assessment team. Portfolios are submitted to the review panel once a month. The results can take up to four weeks. Timescale: you will have 12 months from being accepted on the Fellowship route to complete the process. Cost: £435 (50 per cent concessionary discount applies to members in certain circumstances – check your eligibility).
