Verify an IOSH certificate

IOSH credentials are recognised worldwide – they’re seen as a benchmark for health and safety excellence. If you have a new employee joining your organisation, you can verify their membership grade, training course and professional qualification certificates.

Membership certificates

You will need the membership number (found in the bottom left corner of membership certificates), first name, surname. Use the checker to confirm which membership level your employee holds.

Training course certificates

For training courses, such as Managing Safely, please use the training course certificate checker.

You will need the certificate number (found in the bottom right corner of the certificate), first name, surname and course name. Use the checker to confirm which IOSH training certificate your employee holds.

Professional qualification certificates

We're an awarding organisation for professional occupational safety and health qualifications. These are the IOSH level 3 certificate and IOSH level 6 diploma.

You will need first name, last name, date of birth, certificate number and certificate date. Use the checker to confirm which IOSH professional qualification certificate your employee holds.
