Introduction to rehabilitation and return to work

People may be away from work for many reasons, work-related or not. Organisations should have processes in place to support workers to return to work as soon as they are able. At its simplest, occupational safety and health aims to prevent workers getting injured or made ill because of work. It also has a part to play in supporting organisations in the rehabilitation and return-to-work processes.
