Proactively engaging with workers can prevent many accidents. Increasingly, organisations are encouraging managers and other senior leaders to discuss with staff their health and safety concerns, so steps can be taken to further reduce risks in the workplace.
Our ‘Engaging to prevent’ one-day course looks at how to implement a systemic approach to engaging teams and investigating safety issues before accidents occur.
We explore the most effective questions to ask to get a true picture of potential problems and how best to analyse, feed back and use that information to improve workplace safety.
