Summary
The power, influence and impact of leadership should always be at the core of organisations. High-reliability organisations typically demonstrate leadership traits that are transferable across industries. Organisations operating in high-hazard environments are no exception.
In a relaxed format, this meeting reviews and discusses these essential traits. We will work through examples to illustrate how organisations can benefit.
Joining us for the discussion are:
- Lawrence Webb, Chief Health, Environment and Safety Officer at Dstl
- Richard Roff, Group Process Safety Director at Costain.
Richard is Chair of the Hazards Forum Interest Group on Engineered Systems and of the Process Safety Management Competence Programme Board.
Who should attend?
Open to IOSH members and non-members. All are welcome.
